Throughout our website you’ll see little tag boxes that appear for certain products.
Here is an explanation of what they all mean.

NEW STYLE – As it says. New style. Any recently added styles will have this tag.

LAST CHANCE – We are about to discontinue any styles that have the ‘last chance’ tag. Once sold, we do not plan to restock this style. Unless in some cases, its voted back.

PRE-ORDER – Many customers miss out when we restock. After much feedback we now offer a pre-order system so you can pay in advance to be sure you do not miss out.

EVERYDAY – Many people use our wigs for their everyday hair so any styles tagged ‘everyday’ are styles we plan to never discontinue. They are some of our staples. We will do our best to keep these styles in our catalogue forever.

JOIN WAITLIST – This means the style is currently out of stock. You can join the waitlist and be notified via email when the style is back with us and in stock.

DISCONTINUED – It’s a sad day but styles do need to make way for newer stuff. This means we no longer stock that particular style. However, see below…

VOTE IT BACK – For any discontinued styles you have the ability to vote for its return. If enough are interested we will bring it back. This has happened on many occasions.
