How much does delivery cost?

How will I know if my order has processed correctly?
We will send you an email as soon as your order has been placed to let you know that we have received it and are ready to start preparing your delivery. Once your order has been marked as dispatched we will notify you via email. This email will include a tracking link.
How will my order be sent?
All our deliveries are sent using Royal Mail’s tracked service (unless stated).
Can I send a product to someone at a different address?
Yes you can. At checkout just complete the section titled ‘Deliver to a different address’ at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Wigs cannot be returned without prior agreement for hygiene reasons.
If you feel one of our items is defective or damaged then please get in touch first. We will then begin the returns process for you. The wig must be returned within 14 days with all original packaging and tags still attached. Please note: wigs returned without being pre-arranged with us will not be refunded.
As soon as we receive the item and can confirm the problem, we will arrange the refund for you.
We do not accept returns when a customer is not happy with the colour or styling of a wig. Please be aware of this before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional photos of a wig style or colour if you need to make sure it’s what you want.
Please email us before you buy if you would like to ensure your wig will fit, as we cannot cover return costs if an item is too big or small. Full colour information.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred when styling or washing your wig.
How do I know that your checkout is secure?
Our website uses AlphaSSL protection from Globalsign. Our payment gateway is also managed by PayPal systems so we do not store any debit/credit card details on our servers.
Do you offer discounts for ordering in bulk?
At this current time, no. We do not offer discounts for ordering in bulk.
For all UK and EU customers the price is inclusive of tax.
For countries outside the UK and EU you will be responsible for any import taxes that may occur when your items arrive.
