At the moment we are only able to offer these within the UK, however we will be working on getting some expedited shipping for overseas in future!
We thought it may be handy to have a quick guide to our shipping, and what it means!
Royal Mail 48
Guaranteed by Royal Mail to take 2-3 working days to deliver within the UK. As we have a processing time of one working day, this sometimes means it does take the full 3 days as we post at 4pm every day, and so Royal Mail don’t always count this as a full “posting” day.
Royal Mail 24
Royal Mail “aim to deliver the next working day.” At Lush Wigs, we post at 4pm every working day, so we know there will be some parts of the country that Royal Mail will not deliver to from Wales on the next working day, we are offering this as an option but it is not a guarantee that this service will reach you within one day. Royal Mail actually state this on their site.
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm
This option is more expensive, but will guarantee you get your item the next working day before 1pm, as long as you order before 2pm with us on the day before you want your item.
For example: to get your item on Friday, you need to have put in your order by 2pm Thursday afternoon. Orders made after 2pm on Thursday will not be delivered on Friday.
These orders are prioritised by us, and so will not take the full 24hrs to process like our normal orders.
There is also a weight restriction on Next Day Guaranteed at this price. If you find you are unable to process your order using this shipping option, it may be because your order is too heavy. Please contact us and we’ll get you a quote via Royal Mail.
Please note, all of the above apply to working days only, in the UK. Royal Mail don’t count Sundays or Bank Holidays as working days. Please drop us a line if you have any questions, and we’ll try to help you pick the right service for the delivery you need.
