Launch Delivery

For the launch, all orders will not be processed until the 14th October.

We really did not want to postpone the launch any further. So for the first two weeks we have held the processing of orders.

We are waiting on our Royal Mail account to be fully set up. When the account is live we can then offer the same delivery charges as before but include fully signed & tracked delivery for no extra cost.

After the 14th, it will be business as usual.
The UK will see a 48 hour delivery time and outside of the UK, 4-8 days – fully tracked.
No lost parcels or delayed delivery!
Expect up to 24 hours for handling.

What about Halloween?

All orders prior to the 14th
– No problem. Regardless of where you are located, you will get your order in time.

Orders placed after the 14th?
– If you are in the UK, to ensure you have it for the 31st (which is a Saturday), place your order before the 26th.
– For everywhere else, we recommend ordering by the 19th to ensure you get your order in time for Halloween.
