Spooky season style inspiration

Novelty cakes that look like zombie fingers, fake blood, cardboard gravestones, cloaks, pointy noses, fangs, bobbing for apples, scary stories, creepy ghostly white sheets, scary movies, spooky themed Spotify playlists, and a cauldron of punch we hope someone may have spiked with some vodka like one of your favourite films! It’s the infamous Halloween party you’ve been invited to but you’re now left with the overwhelming task of putting that ghoulishly divine outfit together. We thought we’d give you a helping hand (not the creepy hand from the Addams Family) with six looks to cast a spell this spooky season!

Anjelica Huston, The Witches

We can all agree that until the Grand High Witch, Anjelica Huston, reveals her true form she looks absolutely fabulous! A fairly simple outfit to achieve, you may even have a nice black maxi dress tucked away in your wardrobe for this very look. Team your dress with Blair or Lilly bob wig and just add some statement jewellery to complete the look. Oh, we forgot one, actually two things to hide those terrifyingly witchy fingers, gloves!

Emma Stone, Cruella

We adored Emma Stone’s portrayal of the eccentric, fashion-obsessed Cruella in the latest Disney vision of this classic fictional character. With so many outfits to choose from throughout the film some of them may be a bit challenging so if you’re in a rush to nail a near perfect look then our Cruella themed wig, Estella, will get you started! Finding 100 dalmatians to accompany you on the night might be a little bit more tricky.

Samantha Robinson, The Love Witch

In this ’60s-style horror/comedy, Elaine (Samantha Robinson) is a narcissistic witch obsessed with finding her happily ever after, no matter whom she has to betray or kill along the way. If your’e looking to cast love spells this Halloween then the vintage glamour of The Love Witch is your go to! Our Coven premium synthetic wig, teamed with a blooming floral floppy hat, high necked blouse and some costume jewellery is all you need to get the look!

Daenerys Targaryen, Game of Thrones

Game of Thrones may be a distant memory now… uh… yeah right! Achieve the above look with a little help from our fairytale-esque inspired Thrones.

Tina Belcher, Bob’s Burgers

Who doesn’t love Tina? The quirky daughter of Bob and Linda transitioning from childhood to adolescence. This cost effective and fun look can be achieved with a light blue tee, dark blue skirt and some knee length white songs. Oh and don’t forget the chunky black frames and the perfect wig, Betty.

Wednesday, Addams Family

The queen of mischief, Wednesday Addams is a fond favourite go-to for Halloween cosplay and it’s also one of the easiest looks to achieve. All you need to achieve ultimate Wednesday vibes is some white foundation, black tights, a black dress, a white collar, some Mary Jane shoes and our wig Farrow, which can be easily braided to complete your spooky style.
