When I got this wig it instantly became my go to. It's soft, the texture is sexy and the length is perfect. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 is that the wig matted up with only about a dozen wears but I would be wearing it for 12 hour days while working. I can't totally complain as I got my money's worth. I definitely suggest wearing this for shorter times, brushing and cleaning regularly and storing properly to try to stretch out the life of it as long as possible
