Looks like real hair, nice and soft, great thickness and length. However, mine wasn’t very tidy when it arrived and combing with a wide toothed comb did nothing to resolve the frizz. I emailed for advice on how to fix it and it was suggested I send it back and get a refund as it sounds like a defect. It’s disappointing as this was my first wig from this store and I’ve not come across this issue with other wigs, however I still wanted to review because the customer service received was excellent and I really do like the wig.
